HOT POTATO CASSEROLE


Potato Recipe : Hot Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS

+ Salt

+ 1 lb Velveeta cheese, diced

+ Pepper

+ 1 small onion, chopped

+ 1 cup mayonnaise
                           
+ 1/2 green olives, sliced

+ 9 medium potatoes cooked, peeled and diced

+ 1/2 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled



HOW TO PREPARE

                    Firstly, preheat oven to 325° F.

Combine potatoes, mayonnaise, cheese and onion, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Put into greased 9×13 backing dish.

Top with bacon and olives.

Bake for 1 hour and your HOT POTATO CASSEROLE is ready for taste.
