Chinese Food Recipe : Chow Mein

INGREDIENTS

+ 1 teaspoon sesame oil

+ 1 tablespoon Peanut oil

+ 1 carrot, Juliennd

+ 1/2 cup head napa cabbage, thinly sliced

+ 1/2 Onion, sliced

+ 8 oz thin lo mein noodles

+ 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

+ 1/4 cup chicken broth

+ 1 sliced green onion, for topping

HOW TO PREPARE

                    Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package directions.

Drain and set aside

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the peanut oil.

Add the carrots, cabbage and onion cook for 1 minute.

Add in the chicken broth, soy sauce and the sesame oil, then toss in the noodles.

Top with the sliced green onions and your CHOW MEIN is ready to serve.
