GAI YANG -  THAI GRILLED CHICKEN

Asian Food Recipe : Thai Grilled Chicken


INGREDIENTS 

+ 50 g garlic

+ 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

+ 2-3 pieces chicken breast or whole Leg

+ gai yang marinade

+ processed in a blender

+ 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

+ 20 g fresh coriander

+ 1 tablespoon fish sauce

+ 2 tablespoon palm sugar

+ 2 stalks lemongrass, white part

+ 2 tablespoon black peppercorn

HOW TO PREPARE

                    Marinate the Chicken with the Gai Yang Marinade for 3 hours to overnight.

Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees celcius.

Bake the Chicken until for 20-25 minutes or until the Chicken is done and your GAI YANG -  THAI GRILLED CHICKEN is ready to enjoy, let the Chicken rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
